About The Position

Leads the safe and efficient production of quality material that meets customer requirements. The role includes following standard operating conditions and work package instructions; moving, loading, and packaging raw and finished goods; collecting and molding quality samples; conducting lab testing and entering SPC data to determine product conformity; completing box sheets and labeling boxes accurately; and performing safe, timely change-overs. The incumbent must maintain a clean and safe work area, follow Quality, Safety, and Environmental Procedures, operate a forklift safely, uphold the Ravago Code of Conduct, and perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

Requirements

• Must be able to regularly lift 55 lbs.
• Must be able to repeatedly reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to climb straight incline ladders.
• Must have use of fingers and hands for packaging and writing.
• Must have color vision.
• Must regularly communicate verbally, read and comprehend information, and type when needed.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Standard Operating Conditions (SOC) and Work Package Instructions.
• Move, load, and package raw and finished goods as required.
• Collect and mold quality samples, conduct lab testing, and enter SPC data to determine product conformity.
• Complete box sheets accurately, including box numbers, finished-end temperatures, correct weights, and conforming or non-conforming status.
• Ensure boxes are correctly labeled with the Product ID, correct weights, and other customer requirements.
• Perform error-free, safe, and timely change-overs.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Follow all Quality, Safety, and Environmental Procedures.
• Operate a forklift safely at all times.
• Uphold the Ravago Code of Conduct standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
