About The Position

The Production Team Member operates and maintains processing equipment to produce high-quality bars for consumers. The role follows autonomous maintenance (AM), progressive maintenance (PM), standard work, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles. Team members perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning, follow safety processes, complete quality assurance activities, identify and report equipment and area losses, and contribute to production team goals for safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale. The position requires a 12-hour day shift on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Requirements

• Ability to operate machines with coaching.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards for operating machines.
• Ability to read and write in English, Spanish, or Burmese; the posting also states the ability to read and understand English.
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand for long periods and bend, push, pull, and lift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, multitasking, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production or processing equipment, following autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance standards.
• Perform standard work, routine maintenance, and equipment cleaning in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice principles.

• Perform quality assurance activities and help ensure products meet quality standards.
• Understand and report losses in the work area and on equipment.
