Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years of operations, administrative, manufacturing, or related experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and spreadsheet functions
  • Intermediate data entry and recordkeeping skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to accurately reconcile production transactions and inventory records
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to follow established procedures and maintain confidential business information
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment including scanners, copiers, and printers
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Certification and/or license may be required during the course of employment

Responsibilities

  • Enter production data into spreadsheets, databases, and business systems to maintain accurate operational records
  • Process work orders and maintain production documentation to support manufacturing activities and inventory accuracy
  • Organize, verify, and file production records including downtime sheets, operator logs, sanitation logs, and pass-down reports
  • Compile production information and prepare daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports for operations leadership
  • Reconcile production transactions and inventory records to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Investigate production data variances and communicate findings to supervisors and appropriate stakeholders
  • Prepare and distribute production recap communications and operational reports to managers and supervisors
  • Support inventory control activities, cycle counts, audits, and other departmental administrative functions
  • Assist production leadership with operational projects, reporting requests, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all safety, quality, food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements to support compliance with company and regulatory standards
