Tailor Made Compounding is looking for a Production Support Specialist to help keep our operations moving efficiently and accurately. This role plays a key part in supporting the production line by building shipping kits, packing orders, and ensuring materials are ready and staged for fulfillment. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

- Previous warehouse, packing, or production support experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Build and prepare shipping kits to support daily production needs
- Pack and stage orders accurately for shipment
- Support the production line by ensuring materials are available and organized
- Follow established processes to maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with company standards
- Work closely with Production, Shipping, and Operations teams to meet daily volume goals
