Citi’s Full Time Technology Analyst Program is a two-year rotational program beginning in July, with a robust training program and opportunities to gain experience across multiple teams. Production Support Analysts help maintain and optimize critical live production systems, ensuring their health, stability, and performance so Citi can conduct business and serve clients. They troubleshoot technical issues of varying severity and complexity, which may affect Citi’s reputation or profits, and serve as a bridge between technology and business teams. Analysts work in a dynamic environment supporting organizations such as Services, Markets, Banking, Functions, and Data. They monitor end-to-end application environments in real time and coordinate with technology partners, developers, and business teams to maintain production stability and resilient services. Depending on team placement, the role may include incident and problem management, improving monitoring and alerting, and creating applications or scripts to automate processes. Analysts may work with Linux/Unix, SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Python, application servers, web technologies, networking, ITRS Geneos, Grafana, cloud technologies, and Kubernetes. Other potential areas include microservices, front-end development, generative AI and AI agents, and data analytics. The program offers global project exposure, structured learning, networking, mentoring, and development opportunities. Analysts contribute to projects across banking technology, including digital banking, cybersecurity, and data-powered innovation.
