Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, maintenance, or military service
  • Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met each shift
  • Assign staffing, monitor equipment readiness, and maintain documentation
  • Coach, train, and develop team members
  • Enforce procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
