About The Position

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent military or civilian experience (3 years)
  • Experience: Warehouse or supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills preferred
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Special Skills: Motivated self‑starter with a desire to learn and the ability to lead others
  • Travel: Some travel may be required for training

  • Military experience may be considered in place of prior warehouse or supervisory experience requirements outlined below.
  • Veterans with backgrounds in logistics, maintenance, transportation, or team leadership may have directly transferable skills for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse team members in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Train, schedule, assign, and direct work; manage overtime as needed
  • Evaluate performance, address employee concerns, and support discipline processes
  • Maintain accurate inventory for internal product movement and external vendor receipts
  • Manage housekeeping and organization in warehouse and dock areas
  • Ensure product quality and food safety processes are followed consistently
  • Promote a safe work environment and follow all Tyson Foods safety and policy procedures
  • Perform other duties as business needs require
