About The Position

The Production Supervisor oversees associates and leads in the Service Bureau production department, coordinating workflow and responsibilities. The role is accountable for equipment functionality, maintenance and repairs, and maintaining accurate materials inventory so production needs are met. This is an on-site, third-shift position in Auburn, Washington, working Monday through Friday from 12:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Five years of related experience in the production or printing industry.
• At least five years of previous supervisory experience.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
• Previous experience with an ERP software system.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Service Bureau associates and leads, coordinating workflow and responsibilities.
• Oversee Service Bureau equipment and its upkeep, and keep work areas safe, clean, and in good condition.
• Maintain ERP system programs to accurately enter and release inventory items; research inventory issues, resolve discrepancies, and determine appropriate action.
• Coordinate with other departments on procedures for moving materials internally and offsite, and double-check shipments leaving the facility for errors.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop department staff; conduct performance reviews and suggest procedural improvements.
