About The Position

The Production Supervisor leads, coaches, and trains a team in the debone production area. The role is responsible for production scheduling, optimizing team performance and employee engagement through positive leadership, and promoting safety throughout the work area. The supervisor ensures compliance with company policies and established food safety programs and performs other relevant supervisory duties.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient technology, computer, mathematical, and analytical skills.
• General knowledge of plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs, and HACCP.
• Sound work ethic, honesty, and moral character.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or another related field of study.
