About The Position

The Production Supervisor - Debone leads and develops a team in a production area, promotes safety, ensures appropriate production scheduling, and supports employee performance and engagement. The role ensures compliance with company policies and established food safety programs and performs other relevant supervisory duties.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient technology, computer, mathematical, and analytical skills.
• General knowledge of plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs, and HACCP.
• Sound work ethic, honesty, and moral character.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or a related field of study.

• Lead, coach, and train a team, providing ongoing coaching and professional development.
• Promote safety throughout the work area and with the team.
