About The Position

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a Production Supervisor at MATERI'ACT, a FORVIA division. This role is crucial for driving the future of sustainable mobility as a leading provider of sustainable materials and contributing to FORVIA's CO₂ reduction roadmap. The position involves working at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with automotive brands, and making an impact on the future of mobility. The Production Supervisor will ensure the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of designated groups by setting targets, implementing plans, and tracking results. Responsibilities include leading team problem-solving initiatives, facilitating workshops for quality improvement, handling personnel issues, ensuring proper team management, fostering individual development, and maintaining compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards to mitigate risks and improve working conditions.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in engineering/Diploma, with a specialisation in Production
• 1-3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Operational level of English
