About The Position

Tucker Door & Trim is a distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and specialty millwork serving the construction industry. The Production & Shipping Coordinator manages production jobs and shipping activities, helping orders move smoothly through production and reach customers on time. This is a full-time, day-shift position paying $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in production coordination, logistics, shipping, or manufacturing support.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening and any other applicable pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track production jobs in the ERP system.
• Ensure orders are released, scheduled, and moving smoothly through production.
• Coordinate materials, job flow, and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Create and manage production and shipping documentation.
• Schedule shipments, process manifests, and track deliveries.
• Resolve shipping issues, including delays, damages, and shortages.
• Communicate order and delivery status to customers and internal teams.
