Production Services Coordinator

Our quality driven production team is looking to add a skilled team player who will help produce a variety of finished print materials and hand assembled packaged kits. Projects vary in size and scope each day and you will not be tied to a work station. Requirements
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment that deals with last minute changes on a `day to day basis.
- Ability to multi-task, while maintaining an attention to detail and quality.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- The job will require frequent lifting of 40 pounds items.
- High school graduation/GED.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience of shipping procedures and systems, both Domestic and Global (training provided).
- Experience with running mailing equipment (training provided).
- Experience of digital print and bindery equipment (training provided).
- Past Experience of mailing regulations and postage.
- Past Experience of inventory systems.
- Technical education preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Read & execute assembly and mailing instructions from an automated job ticket system and take direction from Team Leaders and the Director.
- Process jobs per department and client expectations using all assembly and mail house equipment under tight timelines; and the ability to make necessary corrections to ensure quality output.
- Understand and execute detailed assembly of kitting projects that require the assembly of multiple personalized items.
- Assembly of a wide variety of kits from envelopes to presentation packaging.
- Record time and project information accurately in a variety of job ticket and work order systems.
- Load and wrap skids.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.
