About The Position

Join our talented team as we embark on an uncharted gaming adventure! We're on the lookout for a Production Project Coordinator to contribute their skills to our Dungeons & Dragons® PC/console project. This innovative game will blend action-RPG/survival features with the unique elements of life-simulation games to redefine the genre and capture the imaginations of players worldwide. As a true project manager, the Production Project Coordinator will be supporting the Producers for overseeing various production stages with the entire team in terms of budget, deadlines, and content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management, computer science, or related field
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Passion for, and good knowledge of, console and/or mobile video games
  • Organized and thorough, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Producers on the project
  • Manage tasks and follow up of the team
  • Create and maintain the tasks in Jira or other tools
  • Help organize and follow up with the production team's meetings
  • Create documentation when necessary
  • Maintain asset data base
  • Provide administrative support for the team, including but not limited to: ensures best practices for timesheets, helps draw up the vacation calendar, participates in the preparation of team building events.
  • All others task linked to the production
