About The Position

Join our talented team as we embark on an uncharted gaming adventure! We're on the lookout for a Production Project Coordinator to contribute their skills to our Dungeons & Dragons® PC/console project. This innovative game will blend action-RPG/survival features with the unique elements of life-simulation games to redefine the genre and capture the imaginations of players worldwide. As a true project manager, the Production Project Coordinator will be supporting the Producers for overseeing various production stages with the entire team in terms of budget, deadlines, and content.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in management, computer science, or related field
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Passion for, and good knowledge of, console and/or mobile video games
Organized and thorough, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Assist the Producers on the project
Manage tasks and follow up of the team
Create and maintain the tasks in Jira or other tools
Help organize and follow up with the production team's meetings
Create documentation when necessary
Maintain asset data base
Provide administrative support for the team, including but not limited to: ensures best practices for timesheets, helps draw up the vacation calendar, participates in the preparation of team building events.
