About The Position

Production Operators prepare metal parts for production and coating, handle parts on the production line, and inspect and package finished goods for shipment. The role includes unpacking incoming parts, masking areas before painting, loading and unloading parts, and completing final quality checks and packaging. No prior experience is required; successful candidates will receive training and cross-training.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Remove packaging from incoming metal parts to prepare them for the production line.
• Prepare and tape parts to protect specific areas before painting.
• Place parts onto the production line and safely remove them after coating.
• Inspect finished goods for quality and package them securely for shipment.
