About The Position

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS), a premier provider to the US Department of Defense and allied nations, is seeking Production Operators for 2nd Shift to join our Springboro, OH Facility. This role involves a 4-day, 10-hour work schedule, Monday-Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. The starting pay is $24.00/hr, with an additional $1.00/hr after a 45-day probation period. Requirements

High school diploma/GED preferred.
Manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.
Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.
Report any malfunctions or abnormalities and makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment.
Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
Operate, test, and monitor assigned equipment according to established guidelines.
Observe and conduct operation of equipment and document maintenance needs.
Troubleshoot control panels, error lights, and messages to ensure proper equipment function.
Communicate with equipment technicians relating to highly complex issues.
Verify equipment data for reporting.
Support and assist with the installation of operating equipment.
