Production Operator - 2nd Shift

About The Position

The Production Operator is a member of Land O’Lakes, Inc.’s manufacturing team, carrying out front-line production processes that add value and quality to inputs and contribute to the creation of high-quality finished products. The role involves transforming raw materials into products for customers, operating machinery and equipment, and packaging finished products. It is part of the Nutra Blend business, which manufactures and distributes vitamins, trace minerals, micro-ingredients, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry. The position is scheduled for second shift, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed. Pay is $21.75 per hour, plus a $1.00-per-hour shift differential if applicable.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
At least 1 year of work experience in any industry.
Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
Willingness to learn new skills, solve problems, and troubleshoot.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, and a consistently respectful approach.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of manufacturing work experience.
Machine operation and/or forklift experience.
