About The Position

Agilent Technologies is hiring a full-time Production Operator for its consumables manufacturing facility in Folsom, California. The role manufactures Gas Chromatography columns and supports production-line objectives through teamwork, accurate documentation, and participation in continuous improvement. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM Pacific Time (2nd shift).

Requirements

• At least 2 years of manufacturing, customer service, or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• High school diploma is the minimum education requirement.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions and accurately record information.
• Good communication skills for interacting with peers.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to new working methods and willingness to learn new skills.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Gas Chromatography columns.
• Handle raw materials and operate production equipment.
• Produce and process products according to documented procedures.
• Accurately record process tasks and material movements.
• Document deviations.
• Remain flexible and receptive to changes in the daily routine.
• Perform a variety of tasks requiring frequent standing and walking.
• Support production-line objectives and goals through effective teamwork.
• Contribute ideas to and participate in continuous improvement activities.
