About The Position

Agilent Technologies is seeking an experienced, motivated Production Operator for its growing laboratory consumables manufacturing facility in Folsom, California. The role supports manufacturing Gas Chromatography columns and requires attention to detail, flexibility, effective communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The position is full-time on the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM PT. The work has no travel requirement and no set end date.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of manufacturing, customer service, or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• High school diploma.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions and accurately record information.
• Good communication skills for interacting with peers.
• Ability to work both within a team and autonomously.
• Ability to adapt to new working methods and willingness to learn new skills.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Gas Chromatography columns.
• Handle raw materials and operate production equipment.
• Produce and process products according to documented procedures.
• Accurately record process tasks and material movements.
• Document deviations as part of an open reporting culture.
• Adapt to changes in daily routines and complete a variety of tasks.
• Support production-line objectives and goals through effective teamwork.
• Contribute ideas to and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
