About The Position

This is a train-to-hire position for a Production Operator in a clean, temperature-controlled environment. The role involves preparing and blending batch formulations of liquid and powder ingredients for capsule manufacturing equipment, adhering to all health and safety standards. The company is family-owned and offers career growth opportunities with internal promotions. It is a stable and consistent job with a 2-2-3 rotation schedule, meaning you work 15 out of 30 days.

Requirements

• Pass drug test and physical
• Pass a basic math assessment
• Pass a 50 lb lift test
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical aptitude; interest in taking things apart / putting together; “tinkering”
• Good multitasking and time management skills
• Moderate computer skills including data entry, excel experience preferred but not required
• Moderate math skills including basic math and addition, and converting percentages to decimals
• Independently motivated and able to work alone or with others
