About The Position
S.B. Foot Tanning Company is hiring Production Operators for its third-shift factory operations. Production Operators are expected to follow safe work practices, produce quality work, demonstrate attention to detail, and work efficiently. Employees may work independently or as part of a team. The shift runs from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. The starting wage is $24.95 per hour base pay plus a $0.75 per hour shift premium, for a total starting rate of $25.70 per hour. After qualifying on a specific job, the base rate may increase to between $24.95 and $30.60 per hour. Overtime availability is required as needed. The manufacturing facility is a union shop. Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a light industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, or toss up to 55 pounds.
- Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp, and perform additional movements required by specific jobs.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Satisfactory background check and physical exam, including a drug screen, are required for employment.
