About The Position

S.B. Foot Tanning Company is seeking Production Operators for its 1st shift factory production team in Red Wing, Minnesota. The company is the main leather supplier for Red Wing Shoe Company and also supplies leather to the U.S. Military through its partner network. Production Operators are expected to follow safe work practices and produce quality work efficiently, with close attention to detail. Employees may work independently or as part of a team. The starting base wage is $24.95 per hour. After qualifying for a specific job, the base rate may range from $24.95 to $30.60 per hour. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with availability for overtime as needed. The manufacturing facility is a union shop. Requirements

0–2 years of experience in a light industrial or manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift, carry, and toss up to 55 pounds.
Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp, and perform other movements required by specific jobs.
Ability to read and write English.
Must be available to work overtime as needed.
Satisfactory background check and physical exam, including a drug screen, as conditions of employment.
