About The Position
The production manufacturing associate completes assigned manufacturing activities safely in the plastics production area, meets quality standards, and works independently. The position is part of the Plastics department in Indianapolis and is performed onsite. It reports to the supervisor.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use a computer to complete work.

- Experience in continuous improvement, including participation on a kaizen project team.
- Demonstrated success carrying out leading day-to-day activities and organizational agility.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned manufacturing activities safely and meet quality standards.
- Assemble products or components.
- Operate basic machinery under supervision.
- Load and unload materials, package finished products, label items, and prepare them for shipment.
