About The Position

The Events & Production Operations role provides day-to-day operational and production support across L’Alliance New York’s programming, rental, and internal events. The position reports to the Technical Production Manager, supporting production coordination, working closely with the Director of Venue Sales & Experience on the operational execution of rentals, and overseeing Front of House and Visitor Services. The role coordinates production logistics, rental and institutional event operations, and Front of House services. The position also recruits, trains, schedules, and supervises hourly Front of House staff and helps ensure welcoming, accessible, and well-organized experiences for audiences, artists, clients, visitors, and colleagues. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced live-event environment. The successful candidate will coordinate across departments and with vendors, clients, and event staff; manage competing priorities and changing plans; and be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
