About The Position
MCC (Multi-Color Corporation) is hiring for multiple full-time, onsite production opportunities at its York, Pennsylvania facility. Openings include roles across printing, finishing, quality, and production support, such as Machine Operators (Printing & Finishing), Slitter/Rewind Operators, Production and Manufacturing Support, quality and inspection roles, and entry-level manufacturing roles with training provided. Applicants will be considered for the role that best fits their experience and interests. Requirements
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, fast-paced production setting.
- Comfort with standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs, as required by role.
- Basic math, measurement, and documentation skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and desire to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, warehousing, or production environments is helpful, but is not required for all roles.
