This role is for a Warehouse Production Manager for the 2nd Shift, working Monday to Thursday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM and Sunday from 2:20 PM to 10:30 PM. Requirements

At least three years of supervisory warehouse experience leading a team of 50 plus with a proven ability to lead, encourage, and coach employees to meet their production goals.
Highly reliable and responsible with excellent attendance and consistently meeting goals and metrics.
Positive and respectful attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to be coached and given feedback to become their best self.
Physically able to work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 30 pounds, while keeping body in constant motion.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Willingness to authorize a pre-employment background check.
