This role is for a Warehouse Production Manager for the 2nd Shift, working Monday to Thursday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM and Sunday from 2:20 PM to 10:30 PM. ThriftBooks cannot provide employment visa sponsorship and requires all applicants to be legally authorized to work in the United States. Requirements

  • At least three years of supervisory warehouse experience leading a team of 50 plus with a proven ability to lead, encourage, and coach employees to meet their production goals.
  • Highly reliable and responsible with excellent attendance and consistently meeting goals and metrics.
  • Positive and respectful attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to be coached and given feedback to become their best self.
  • Physically able to work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 30 pounds, while keeping body in constant motion.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to authorize a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement throughout all departmental operations by focusing on safety, production goals, problem-solving, and team-building with warehouse team members.
  • Monitor production reports to ensure hourly KPI’s are met and/or exceeded.
