We are currently hiring a Warehouse Production Manager for our 2nd Shift.

Requirements

  • At least three years of supervisory warehouse experience leading a team of 50 plus.
  • Proven ability to lead, encourage, and coach employees to meet their production goals.
  • Highly reliable and responsible with excellent attendance and consistently meeting goals and metrics.
  • Ability to bring a positive and respectful attitude every day, while working independently and as a part of a team.
  • Willingness to be coached and given feedback to become their best self.
  • Physically able to work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 30 pounds, while keeping your body in constant motion.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be willing to authorize a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement throughout all departmental operations by focusing on safety, production goals, problem-solving, and team-building with warehouse team members.
  • Monitor production reports to ensure hourly KPI’s are met and/or exceeded.
  • Lead, encourage, and coach employees to meet their production goals.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and as part of a team.
  • Be open to coaching and feedback to develop into one's best self.
  • Work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds, while keeping the body in constant motion.
