This role involves coordinating crews, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring quality and safety, and keeping customers informed throughout the process. The position is predominantly field-based, traveling from job site to job site, with a significant administrative component for managing project details and timelines. Requirements

  • Previous production management, project management, or construction management experience.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, crews, schedules, budgets, and multiple active job sites.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Traveling to job sites to oversee projects (company vehicle provided, however, employee must have own transportation to/from work).
  • Driver's license and clean driving record required.

  • Bilingual/Spanish-speaking also a plus
  • Roofing, siding, exterior restoration, general contracting, or residential construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with roofing production, construction project management, exterior restoration, residential construction, subcontractor management, project scheduling, material management, job site safety, and quality control is highly relevant to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and job site activities.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, productivity, and project progress.
  • Partner with the sales team to review project scope, materials, and customer expectations.
  • Identify potential problems early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Recruit, coordinate, and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and construction crews.
  • Set clear expectations and monitor productivity and workmanship.
  • Conduct job site inspections and quality-control checks.
  • Ensure work meets project specifications, company standards, building codes, and safety requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate project and safety documentation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for production-related questions.
  • Keep homeowners informed throughout the construction process.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure projects are completed to the customer's expectations.
