Requirements

Previous production management, project management, or construction management experience.
Experience managing subcontractors, crews, schedules, budgets, and multiple active job sites.
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Traveling to job sites to oversee projects (company vehicle provided, however, employee must have own transportation to/from work).
Driver's license and clean driving record required.

Roofing, siding, exterior restoration, general contracting, or residential construction experience strongly preferred.
Experience with roofing production, construction project management, exterior restoration, residential construction, subcontractor management, project scheduling, material management, job site safety, and quality control is highly relevant to this role.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and oversee projects from start to finish.
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and job site activities.
Monitor timelines, budgets, productivity, and project progress.
Partner with the sales team to review project scope, materials, and customer expectations.
Identify potential problems early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Recruit, coordinate, and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and construction crews.
Set clear expectations and monitor productivity and workmanship.
Conduct job site inspections and quality-control checks.
Ensure work meets project specifications, company standards, building codes, and safety requirements.
Maintain appropriate project and safety documentation.
Serve as a primary point of contact for production-related questions.
Keep homeowners informed throughout the construction process.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Ensure projects are completed to the customer's expectations.
