About The Position

Avery Dennison is hiring Production Machine Operators for its manufacturing facility in the Greenfield industrial corridor. Operators set up, change over, and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production targets; troubleshoot equipment issues; maintain close tolerances and quality standards; and contribute to a safe, collaborative, performance-driven workplace. Initial onboarding and training take place on day shift before employees transition to the permanent night rotation. The schedule is a 12-hour night shift from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., following a 2-2-3 rotation. The posting states that employees work approximately 15 days per month and have every other weekend as a three-day weekend. Starting pay is $22.07 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour night-shift differential, and pay is weekly. Benefits begin on the first day of employment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or at least 3 years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities
