About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Machine Operator for a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Farmersville, Texas. The role is in a light-industrial or warehouse production environment and involves operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, and helping move materials through the work area. Tasks may include setting up machines, feeding materials, checking finished output, and reporting issues to leads or supervisors. Success in this role requires reliability, safe work habits, attention to detail, teamwork, and a focus on quality and production goals. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, either 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with some overtime on Fridays. Compensation is $18 per hour or more depending on experience. The anticipated start is ASAP.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of machine operator experience.
• Ability to operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery safely.
• Ability to follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Attention to detail when checking product quality and machine performance.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a production team.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States.
• May be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Experience troubleshooting minor machine or production issues.
• Familiarity with basic quality checks or production documentation.
