Production Machine Operator – 1st Shift

About The Position
The Production Machine Operator (also described as an entry-level Molding & Assembly Associate) performs basic molding and assembly work using simple automated equipment. The employer provides on-the-job training; no prior experience is required. This is a full-time, first-shift position scheduled Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM, at $16.50 per hour.
Requirements
- No experience required; training is provided.
- Ability to stand for most of the shift.
- Good attention to detail.
- Dependable with good attendance.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Remove finished parts from machines.
- Place parts into machines to begin the production process.
- Push buttons to operate simple automated equipment.
- Pack finished products.
- Check parts for quality and report defects.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures.
