Production Machine Operator – 1st Shift

About The Position
Entry-level, full-time production role operating molding and assembly equipment. No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. The position pays $16.50 per hour and follows a first-shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, providing a three-day weekend each week.
Requirements
- No experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand for most of the shift.
- Good attention to detail.
- Dependability and good attendance.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Remove finished parts from machines.
- Place parts into machines to begin the production process.
- Push buttons to operate simple automated equipment.
- Pack finished products.
- Check parts for quality and report defects.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures.
