Production Line Worker- 2nd Shift

About The Position

Sibelco is seeking a dependable, hands-on team player to help keep production operations running smoothly and safely. The Production Line Worker sorts and processes materials on a production line, performs routine checks on optical sorters and screens to support product quality, and cleans and maintains designated work areas. The role requires following safety procedures and wearing required personal protective equipment, maintaining 5S standards, and reporting material or equipment issues to supervisors. Work may involve standing for extended periods and performing physical, repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Sort and process materials on a production line; work may require standing for extended periods.
Perform routine checks on optical sorters and screens to ensure product quality.
Clean designated work zones, including conveyors, platforms, and floors.
Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors.
