About The Position

The Production Line Worker helps create frozen pizzas for distribution across Wisconsin at the Frozen Pizza Kitchen, a high-volume production facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves preparing dough, sauces, meats, and other ingredients; assembling pizzas on a semi-automated line; and packaging and freezing finished pizzas. The facility also supplies pizzas for the company’s small storefront weekday lunches.

This is hands-on, high-volume production work that involves tasks such as stretching dough, weighing cheese, and topping pizzas for extended periods. Workers follow food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards and work with a supportive team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; IDs are required.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working with food allergens, including gluten, dairy, and eggs.
• Comfortable working with ovens, knives, and industrial kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable with varying temperatures and loud, fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pizza kitchens, food or bakery production, or large-scale catering is a plus.
• Flexible availability within the Monday–Friday operating hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. is ideal.

Responsibilities
