About The Position

Prysmian is hiring a Production Line Operator, referred to in the posting as a Machine Operator, for its Sedalia team. The role produces quality products that meet all Work Order specifications and support customer satisfaction. Requirements

• Proficient in basic math, reading, and comprehension of work instructions.
• Able to use a computer.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input information into a Machine Center computer and verify its accuracy.
• Perform setups, changeovers, reel changes, and material relocations as required.
• Follow safety guidelines for personal safety and the safety of coworkers, including daily startup checks and safety checks throughout shifts.
• Participate in safety, quality, and production improvement activities.
