About The Position

RTD Beverages is a family-owned water bottling manufacturing facility in Covington, Louisiana. The Production Line Operator helps keep bottling lines running smoothly and ensures bottles meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The role operates production equipment under Good Manufacturing Practices and food and employee safety requirements, completes changeovers and production documentation, and makes minor equipment adjustments. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of machine operating or production experience.
• Technical skills, including the ability to start and stop equipment, complete a changeover, and operate production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment efficiently according to Good Manufacturing Practices and food and employee safety requirements to meet daily production goals.
• Use the Digital Production System (Redzone) to track downtime, complete quality compliance documents, and communicate with support functions.
• Complete equipment changeovers.
• Accurately complete quality, traceability, and production paperwork.
• Report product deficiencies and food or safety concerns to a supervisor.
• Perform minor equipment adjustments to ensure equipment operates optimally.
• Ensure operations provide food-safe, quality products that meet or exceed product specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
