About The Position

Prysmian is hiring a Machine Operator for its growing Sedalia team. The role is responsible for producing quality products that meet all Work Order specifications and support customer satisfaction. Operators work in a team environment focused on safety, quality, and production.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Proficiency in basic math, reading, and understanding work instructions.
Ability to use a computer.
Willingness to work in a team environment.

Previous industrial experience.

Responsibilities

Enter information into a Machine Center computer and verify its accuracy.
Perform setups, changeovers, reel changes, and material relocations as required.
Follow safety guidelines to protect themselves and coworkers.
Complete daily safety start-up checks and additional safety checks throughout shifts.
Participate in safety, quality, and production improvement activities.
