About The Position

As a Production Line Operator at Johnson Matthey, you will contribute to the company’s work in sustainable technology and help produce diesel catalyst products. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or deviations.
• Willingness to train and support new team members.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, load, package, label and box diesel catalyst products in line with production plans.
• Follow Johnson Matthey health, safety and Life Saving Policies, including electrical and mechanical isolation and safe machinery operation.
• Visually inspect products for defects, damage or non-conformance, and ensure correct segregation and traceability.
• Handle and accurately identify parts, substrates, cartons and skids by lot number.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Shift Supervisor or Process Control Engineer to support production flow.
• Participate in housekeeping and 5S activities to maintain a safe, organized production environment.
• Train and support new team members.
