About The Position
The Production Intern supports the Production team by performing daily tasks that ultimately serve the company’s operations, build, and sales teams.
Requirements
- Proficient in the use of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to learn and utilize new software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior analytical skills and detail oriented
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle
Responsibilities
- Works closely with the architecture team to respond to requests and update documentation accurately and timely
- Assists in creating and maintaining house plans, as needed.
- Reviews truss designs, structural layouts, and related plan elements for accuracy and alignment with approved drawings.
- Assists in compiling and sending building permits, as needed
