About The Position

A Production II associate performs warehouse activities including picking orders, restocking product, and auditing outbound customer orders. The role requires accurately handling products and orders, meeting production and accuracy standards, and completing work by delivery deadlines. The position is an overnight schedule, Sunday through Wednesday, from 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Pay is $17.50 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read and write and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
• Basic math skills, including counting and determining quantities.
• Ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Essential days or overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick products quickly and accurately from designated locations, placing them into cartons on a pre-built pick cart or into totes as directed by a hand-scanner.
• Restock product in designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct completed orders to be invoiced and shipped.
• Operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in the same condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
