About The Position

The Overnight Production Associate works in a manufacturing environment to ensure packaging processes operate safely and efficiently. The role includes following company safety regulations, seeking additional training, using calibrated measuring devices to monitor and document product specifications in compliance with ASTM standards, packaging pipes with manual banding equipment, and inspecting finished products for quality. The associate also maintains packaging-material quality and inventory, operates a forklift, and assists with other plant functions as needed. The schedule is a night shift from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM, with a two-week rotation: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday in Week 1 (48 hours), and Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Week 2 (36 hours). The stated effective hourly rate is $24.92, including a $20.50 base rate, $2.00 shift differential, $3.00 weekend premium, and OT.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Basic knowledge of computers.
Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 100 pounds.
Ability to drive a forklift.
