About The Position

A Production II associate performs multiple warehouse duties, including restocking, order auditing, and picking orders. The role involves accurately picking and restocking products, inspecting and preparing outbound customer orders, and meeting production, accuracy, and delivery standards. The position is an overnight shift scheduled Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, label information, and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantities.
• Ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions.
• Essential days or overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick products quickly and accurately from designated locations, placing them into cartons on a pre-built pick cart or into totes as directed by a hand scanner.
• Restock products in designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct completed orders to be invoiced and shipped.
• Operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in the same condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
