About The Position

Northern Pipe Products is hiring an Overnight Production Associate, also described in the posting as a Packaging Product Associate, for a manufacturing role focused on efficient, safe packaging operations. The position involves following company safety regulations, monitoring and documenting product specifications with calibrated measuring devices, and ensuring compliance with ASTM standards. The associate packages pipes using manual banding equipment, inspects finished products, maintains packaging-material quality and inventory, and helps with other plant functions as needed.

The schedule is a night shift from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM, with a rotating two-week pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday in Week 1 (48 hours), then Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Week 2 (36 hours). The stated effective hourly rate is $24.92, including a $20.50 base wage, a $2.00 shift differential, a $3.00 weekend premium, and overtime.

Requirements
