About The Position

Bent Tubes is hiring a full-time Overnight Production Associate in Neenah, Wisconsin. The role contributes to efficient production workflows by producing and assembling precise parts while following safety procedures and quality expectations. The first 30 days are spent training on the day shift, followed by a transition to overnight work. The typical schedule is Monday through Wednesday, with alternating Thursdays, from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Some overtime may be required. Employees may cross-train in different areas of production and develop hands-on experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to safely operate saws, crimpers, CNC machines, forklifts (training provided), and other equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and documents.
• Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to apply basic math skills and use measuring tools such as tape measures and digital calipers.
• Willingness to learn and follow standard practices.
• Basic computer skills and ability to type at least 25 words per minute.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification is a bonus but not required.
