About The Position

The Production Helper manually prepares and packages products by performing tasks across various departments. The role involves preparing materials and pallets; handling and cleaning products; operating basic packaging equipment and conveyors; inspecting products for quality; labeling and dating boxes; counting and packing finished products; maintaining clean work areas; and following safety and quality procedures. Other duties may be assigned. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to read simple words and recognize similarities and differences in words and numbers.
• Ability to write and speak simple sentences.
• Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing two-digit numbers and multiples of 10 and 100.
• Ability to use common sense to follow simple one- or two-step instructions and handle routine situations.

Responsibilities

• Manually prepare, package, inspect, and organize products in a production environment.
• Prepare materials and pallets.
