About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role serves as a key liaison between Production, Supply Chain, and Shipping by ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining production records, coordinating materials, and supporting inventory and scheduling activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with data and documentation, and thrives in a manufacturing setting where accuracy and teamwork are essential.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or operations environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of clerical, administrative, or data entry experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Oracle, ERP, or other manufacturing systems.
  • Previous experience supporting production planning, inventory, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with manufacturing documentation such as work orders, batch records, or Bills of Lading.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain manufacturing documentation, including batch slips, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and packing slips.
  • Enter dry raw material receipts and production supply receipts into Oracle.
  • Assist the Shipping Department with closing production work orders.
  • Maintain accurate production records and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
  • Support production personnel with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Print production batch tickets and reprocess ("re-explode") production orders when required.
  • Verify label availability for scheduled production batches.
  • Track and manage special production orders.
  • Update daily production metrics and prepare information for daily kickoff meetings.
  • Assist with inventory-related documentation and production scheduling activities.
  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • File and maintain production records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Communicate effectively with Production, Shipping, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
