About The Position
Join our team supporting aerospace manufacturing operations where precision, speed, and compliance matter. We’re looking for a Production Control Representative to plan, coordinate, and expedite materials and work orders to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) in a regulated aerospace environment located in Tempe, AZ.
Requirements
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Visual Manufacturing a plus)
- Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of production scheduling, WIP control, and material flow
- Familiarity with ITAR, traceability, and quality requirements
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing
Responsibilities
- Release and manage work orders, production schedules, and shipment priorities
- Track WIP, material availability, and production progress
- Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve issues
- Adjust schedules for engineering changes, shortages, and customer priorities
- Expedite materials with suppliers and internal teams
- Maintain inventory accuracy and traceability
- Support OTD performance and production reporting
- Ensure compliance with ITAR and aerospace quality standards (AS9100)
