Requirements
- Must have a Valid US Driver License.
- Operation of manual and electronic pallet jacks.
- Able to individually carry and move material up to 35 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Previous forklift certification preferred.
- Forklift spotter training.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Forklift Certification
- Deliver fabricated palleted material to production floor using forklift.
- Properly dispose of material waste using forklift
- Safely perform duties in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines.
- Load, unload, and move fabricated materials by hand or pallet jack.
- Sort and deliver fabricated materials to designated production locations.
- Verify fabricated material quantities are correct and meet visual acceptance criteria.
- Report any discrepancies to lead or supervisor.
- Assist in inventory audits
- Weigh fabricated material for disposal.
- Daily 5S sorting and cleanup.
- Attend daily stand-up meetings.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
- Be able to work independently or in a team environment.
- Prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
