Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lift up to 50 lbs without assistance)
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Basic mathematical skills and Proficient computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous food production experience is nice to have
• Forklift license – counterbalance is an asset

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and formulas, including confirmation of correct revision numbers.
• Communicate with stagers to ensure correct ingredients are brought to the raw ingredients prep area.
• Verify ingredient coding against recipe or formulation.
• Accurately weigh ingredients using balance scales.
• Complete batch sheets with the correct codes and label ingredients with the provided stickers.
• Clean and sanitize weighing areas before and after each shift.
• Use the ERP (Parity) system for kit building and tracking.
• Conduct inventory checks for kitted products.
• Handle allergen-containing ingredients responsibly, maintaining compliance with the allergen matrix and preventing cross-contamination.
• Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.
• Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.
• Other duties as assigned.
