Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Demonstrate at least three (3) years of experience in a coordinator/clerical work environment.
  • Demonstrate at least one (1) year experience in a database/dispatch environment.
  • Demonstrate acceptable written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate acceptable telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.
  • Ability to pass pre-hire background and drug screen.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Possess the required security clearance.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Maximo or other CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally and timely responds to customer requests and inquiries. Updates call logs.
  • Responds effectively to incoming calls and requests, i.e. resolves problems/concerns, research inquiries, document interaction, determines priority, distributes to work teams, etc.
  • Evaluates material levels from production usage to generate purchasing request that replenish inventory stock based on par levels.
  • Communicates frequently with management and customers regarding status of services, reports, materials, orders, etc.
  • Accurately and timely completes service orders in accordance with standard operating procedure.
  • Accurately and timely records, through the computer maintenance management system, work details such as location and asset information, work order classification, comments, status updates, labor and materials.
  • Compiles and analyzes records and reports on production.
  • Performs administrative functions, to include printing, filing, faxing, and scanning, as needed.
  • Supports other department staff as needed or directed.
  • Adheres to the established company safety, personnel policies and standard operating procedures.
